Doing Relief At Home

When we formed our Texas-based Christian relief group in 2013 to respond to Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, we never thought we would need to run a relief effort in our own home state one day!

That day has come. Hurricane Harvey devastated our coastal communities. Flood waters are ravaging Houston as we write this. We believe Jesus would have us do something to love our neighbors in Texas, and we are ready to go help them recover and rebuild.

We are in contact with several area churches in affected parts of Houston, and are receiving direct appeals for help from many people in the community as well. We hope to deliver donated relief goods, recover/rebuild destroyed homes, and provide water filters. Pray for them and for us to be able to help!
